The Role:

The Company is looking for a Head of Marketing, which is a newly created role, to manage their Marketing function. They have recently upgraded their Product direction with a Head of Product Management and upgraded Customer Operations with a new Head but now want to transform their Marketing team by adding a new Head and additional team members.

The new person will be able to demonstrate a track record of B2B and B2B2C plus B2C marketing approaches with a solid digital focus.

This role will manage the marketing team including themselves and 2 other individuals plus admin support from the wider Commercial team. The remit is from branding to lobbying and creative to digital. This will include elements of direct marketing, market research, managing partner relationships and public relations. You will be managing content for their lobbying company, managing their exhibitions and events and raising their profile as a company and the myGP brand.

This is essentially a build your role position as their marketing has lagged behind product development and requires some-one able to think at a high level and act as required to deliver results.

Their goal is to build their UK market share, expand internationally, grow their product offerings into data and analytics, build a team of like-minded committed individuals.

While they are a healthcare company they value Marketing skills above Healthcare knowledge. They also value digital and social skills above the traditional marketing mix.

Reporting to the Exec Chair you will be the tip of customer strategy, for all of their offerings and markets, a key member of the Senior Management Team and one of the public faces of their team.

* Digital marketing skills and proven results, web and app


* Working knowledge of the NHS
* International market experience in US, Germany, Australia, Canada
* Experience on product launches, especially digital
