Lead on the creation and development of multi-channel acquisition campaigns to generate sales leads delivering on revenue and ROI objectives.

Description

The Customer Acquisition Manager will be responsible for:



* Devise, implement & measure lead generation activity, on and off-line

* Liaise with the NAAP, EU & UK Marketing teams, UK Sales, telemarketing and the UK Customer Contact Centre

* Identify and execute digital activities and events identified as lead generation opportunities

* Liaise with EU for digital best practice advice, PR and Brand compliance

* Lead on salesforce.com and pardot

* Bring to market EU Marketing Campaigns targeted at acquisition opportunities


Profile

The Customer Acquisition Manager will display:

* A methodical, analytical approach with a focus on the delivery of tangible results
* Proven ability to actively develop and deliver multi-channel projects to market, on time, scope and budget with experience of working in a results-driven Marketing environment
* Strong Excel skills, power point and word processing skills essential
* Excellent numeracy, comfortable working with data and identifying actionable insight
* Previous CRM experience would be an advantage, preferably Salesforce.com
* Strong digital knowledge with experience in sitecore and analytical software
* Good written English and strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
* Extremely organised and able to effectively manage your own time and multiple projects.
* Ability to work to a brief with limited guidance, under pressure and to short deadlines
