Our client is looking for a Head of Marketing Planning and Performance to create a global standardised process for the organisation and analyse the value of marketing initiatives.

Description

* To provide clear strategic direction and drive standardised approaches to marketing planning, ensuring that a global team of are working to common standards and processes, manage compliance and take appropriate action in cases of non-compliance



* To develop and embed consistent standards, templates and processes to enable measurement of marketing performance and outcomes, and to ensure these are cascaded and embedded throughout the organisation



* To define, implement and embed a consistent set of marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Marketing function and manage reporting against these ensuring ROI and marketing effectiveness.



* To set strategic goals for these standards and to drive a culture of delivering against KPI across the Global Marketing Function


Profile

Successful candidates must have demonstrated international experience in a marketing planning role previously.


Job Offer

£60-£70K plus great benefits.
