Your new role

This is a highly collaborative role, requiring the post-holder to identify and liaise with relevant stakeholders across the firm.


* The promotion of CRM best practice to the various stakeholders across the business, with a view to enhance and develop usage of CRM.
* Establishing best practice in relation to the management of all types of business development activity including events and communications across the firm for all audiences, in all geographies, and the operation of the CRM system to support this and other electronic client communications.
* Working with other department Heads, group and sector-aligned events executives and to help achieve this.
* Ensuring the CRM system is fit for purpose and is used to deliver better data-driven decision making across the Firm, initially by providing enhanced audience segmentation and reporting.
* To refine our approach to promoting and managing events and client communications via the CRM system and digital marketing routes, including email marketing and social media.
* Establishing mechanisms for planning, budgeting, client engagement and ROI-measurement and reporting results
* implement activities to enhance client information
* To support the development of a long-term CRM strategy aligned to business strategy around client development and client journey planning/client engagement/campaign management.
* To restructure the CRM system as above
* To develop a suite of key reports for the business
* Review data protection processes to ensure compliance

Data strategy and Management


* To develop and implement a data management strategy around client data.
* Team management
* To review all reporting requirements aligned as above.
* Managing the data steward team

Training and Education


* Develop and work with IT Trainers to deliver a global training programme of our best practice CRM business processes.
* Develop a strategy for continued education and best practice for the CRM System.


What you'll need to succeed


* Deep understanding of CRM and how it tactically underpins business development and marketing communications
* Impeccable commitment to client service
* Ability to set strategy and make that operational
* Able to collaborate with and influence individuals at all levels
* Strong internal communication and training skills.
* Clear and accurate written and verbal communication style
* The ability to prioritise work and push-back when necessary
