Central London based design agency, working with global brands across the beauty, luxury and confectionary space are on the lookout for a new artworker to join their rapidly growing team! You will be fun, confident and a strong communicator at all levels. You will be hard working and show a real hunger towards progression throughout the company. As well as creative artworking, you will have the opportunity for training in 2d/3d visualising and/or internal photography and retouching, to either begin your knowledge or further your skills. You will be working closely alongside the Senior Artworker in the team who is eager to delegate instant responsibility and client exposure to the lucky candidate!

Main responsibilities:

  • Predominantly a technical artworking role, most projects focus on complex

high-end artworks of fewer variants rather than mutli-sku roll-out

  • Ensure artwork is achievable within print production constraints
  • Prepare accurate packaging artwork from approved designs and briefs
  • Ensure all quality control procedures are adhered to and all relevant

documents are completed

  • To ensure that all images and files are complete and ready for printing

according to the printers specifications

  • Offering technical advice and ensuring all artwork is achievable within print

production constraints

  • Being involved in pre-production meetings and offering support and advice

to the wider team when reviewing designs and implementation.


  • Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience of creating Technical Packaging Artwork
  • Knowledge of artwork, pre-press and repro procedures
  • Experience of the print industry and processes i.e. flexo, litho, gravure, digital

and various finishing techniques

  • Understanding of Colour management experience
  • Proven experience of artwork creation and manipulation to a high standard
  • Ability to understand and execute instructions
  • Adhere to internal workflows
  • Be proactive and able to manage own workload and keep to deadlines

Knowledge of 3D structural production processes with multiple materials
