Are you a senior marketer, interested in leading the marketing team for one of the UK's fastest growing Leisure brands? Do you have experience of working for a multi-site business and building multi-channel marketing strategies? If the answer is yes, I would like to speak to you about a Marketing Director opportunity.

As the Marketing Director, some of your accountabilities will be:

* Work closely with the Managing Director and winder Exec team, to align marketing strategy to commercial objectives and growth plans.
* Review current brand strategy, with the option to reshape and develop current assets, visuals, tone of voice if required.
* Shape and deliver the multi-channel marketing strategy, bringing new ideas as well as improving efficiencies of the current team.
* Improve current digital approach, reviewing agency partners and up skilling the current marketing team.
* Develop and grow the existing marketing team, ensuring they are set up to keep pace with a rapidly growing business.
* Evolving current product portfolio, aligning the needs of the current and target customers.
* Play a significant role in the Leadership team, helping the business transition into a marketing led culture.

Skills required:

* Experience in all marketing disciplines with a particular focus on customer acquisition & retention.
* A multi-channel marketing background, ideally within a multi-site business.
* Whilst a strong strategic thinker is crucial for this role, you must be happy to remain hands on and deliver marketing tasks at all levels.
* Strong commercial understanding.
* Good leadership skills and the ability to structure, develop and grow a team.
* Imagination and enthusiasm, an eye for trends and products in the evolving premium leisure space.
