Who You'll Be Working With

My client are a design boutique specialising in the world of the arts and culture. They have a solid reputation in the space, highly creative work and an open, inclusive culture. In terms of the team itself, you'll be working closely with the head of digital, two more junior project managers and the founder of the business along with a tightly knit creative studio. You will also have the opportunity to get in front of the client from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Digital Project Manager you will be overseeing the management and delivery of projects, primarily end to end web builds and updates, along with elements of weekly content. This will including budgeting, managing timescales, and then the delivery of work on a project by project basis. As mentioned, their focus is in the arts and culture space so your budgets will be tight and strong financial skills will be an asset with this one!

Who You Are (I Hope)

We're looking for somebody with a solid set of experience as a Project Manager with proven experience managing website builds from scratch across a variety of platforms. Experience in agile / waterfall methodology would be great, and having used project software such as Jira, Paprika or MS Project would be extremely useful. You'll be exposed to clients from day one so time spent working directly with external stakeholders from a delivery point of view is advantageous.

It is absolutely key that you have a real interest in culture, the arts and the world around it - the team are constantly involving themselves in that space (it's how they get a lot of their work) so if you don't share that interest this one probably isn't for you. The plus side is that the team are a really personable, genuine bunch with a real passion for the work they do.

In short, it's a great chance to take a on a broad, collaborative position with a specialist digital boutique where you can make great work with no drama.
