The Senior Propositions Manager will own the overall b2b proposition and be a key contributor to the sales, marketing and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Define, understand and articulate the B2B Business Communications, customer and consumer needs.
* Understand the business communications market dynamics, needs and competitor positioning, offering and strategy.
* Define and own the overall Business Comms proposition across a ranage of technology products, including the route to market.
* Own the proposition roadmap and work with the Marketing, Customer Service, Ops and Tech delivery teams, providing them with clear market and proposition input, enabling the divisions to optimise their output.
* Develop innovative / creative ways to learn, compare and present the marketing, customer and consumer insight.
* Work closely with wider Insight and proposition teams across the business to re-use / leverage existing work, assets and 3rd party relationships.
* Obtain customer proof points / case studies.

* Ability to articulate complex insight in a simple, clear, concise manner
* Previous experience of building an insight roadmap and function before
* Thought leader and the ability to deliver at a granular level
* Stakeholder buy-in / management
* Customer Segmentation, customer needs & behaviour articulation
* Garner insight from data
* Translate business requirements to data requirements
* Collaborative, creative, proactive thought leader
