Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, Cambridge - Brand Recruitment have partnered exclusively with a leading consumer agency to source their new Account Manager and Senior Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hugely successful and growing agency with the option to work from either their Cambridgeshire or London offices.

An award-winning consumer agency with an impressive client list, you'll be joining a creative and innovative team who are known for producing high quality communications for their clients. You'll need at least 3-4 years' experience under your belt, ideally working agency-side managing a portfolio of clients, but would also consider applicants who have experience working in a Communications role in house and have a strong understanding of agency working processes. With exceptional project management skills, you will be confident managing and delivering a multitude of projects for multiple clients to the expected high standard, within budget and to agreed timescales. As Account Manager, you'll be working closely with multiple stakeholders, clients and colleagues to ensure work is delivered to the highest calibre, so you'll need exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

As Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of global, household name clients for the business and will be responsible for delivering a range of creative communications projects, spanning both digital and print executions. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will ensure all work produced and presented to clients is of the highest calibre, as this is what they expect from this agency, who have a reputation for creating some of the most innovative and cutting-edge communications campaigns. You'll need proven experience managing multiple projects on behalf of a brand or client and will be able to demonstrate clear planning strategies to ensure you remain one step ahead of anything that could go wrong. We're looking for a solutions-focused individual who always delivers for the client. A confident presenter, you won't be phased pitching to leading, blue-chip clients and won't be easily intimidated in a boardroom setting. Ideally, you will also have some proven experience of corporate communications and CSR, although this is not essential.
