As the CRM Executive you will deliver the online marketing plan across all digital nursery, retention and reactivation campaigns. Focusing on retaining, growing and maximising return across all customer segments and brands, you will lead the end-to-end inception to delivery, broadcast and reporting of all eCRM campaigns as defined by the customer contact strategy and promotional marketing and retail calendar across brands and territories.

Client Details

A clothing brand established nearly 30 years ago by two ex-sportsmen, based in Cheshire are looking for a CRM Executive to join their growing team.


As the CRM Executive you will be responsible for:

* Supporting with future planning, budgeting and reporting of all customer retention and reactivation campaigns across eCRM, inclusive of behavioural campaigns

* Utilise internal and external analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of all nursery, retention, reactivation and behavioural campaigns

* Build, deliver and interrogate weekly and monthly analytics reports to draw out improvements, opportunities and recommendations to continually improve campaign performance and ROI

* Collaborate with the Head of Online to innovate and develop digital marketing plans to drive and deliver customer retention and reactivation contact strategies

* Be instrumental in ensuring retention channels and campaigns drive the traffic, conversions, sales, penetration, share of wallet and lifetime value of customers as defined by the marketing plans

* Deliver onsite and trigger emails campaigns including but not limited to abandon basket/ browse / checkout across customer journey retargeting platforms
* Lead the end-to-end implementation from briefing all retention email campaign creative for related, unrelated and additional email campaigns to support the retention of customers in line with seasonal marketing and trading calendars, in collaboration with Creative, eCommerce Merchandising and Buying & Mechanising teams
* Develop, manage and implement a seasonal proposition, AB and tactical testing plan across all relevant retention channels using a structured test learn and refine approach. Monitor and optimise campaigns to drive the maximum ROI
* Lead the onsite quick sign up capture strategy to drive database growth in line with KPIs
* Evaluate new technological developments across ESPs and implement agreed developments agreed as part of the eCommerce Strategy
* Demonstrate an awareness of key industry online customer retention trends and developments, attending industry events and conferences where required and reporting back key findings. Provide recommendations to support the wider online marketing plan
* Support the Junior Web Developer in the creation and testing of all campaign HTML and text emails and deploying in all relevant broadcast systems


The successful CRM Executive will have:

* 6-12 months experience in a similar role
* Have an ambitious and driven approach to their work
* Have strong analytical skills

* Have a willingness to learn
