Reputable, established communications agency is looking for an Account Manager for their London office in Central London.

Reporting the Senior Account Director your role is to support the Directors to win and deliver strategic design projects in the UK and overseas.

Key Duties: Coordination and management of projects

  • Managing multiple and large projects whilst supporting the Senior Account Director

  • Providing quotations from third party suppliers 

  • Briefing and overseeing of all production 

  • Production meeting management 

  • Studio planning and monitoring 

  • Monthly invoicing and project financing 

  • Supplier management 

  • Resourcing 

  • Checking artwork 

  • Proof reading 

  • Research 

  • Contact reports 

  • Status reports 

  • POs 

  • Branding 

  • Design agency 

  • Project costing, planning and management 

  • Supplier management 

  • Microsoft Office 


  • Property 

  • Corporate branding
