The Brand Manager is an essential and pivotal member of the marketing team. You will assist the SBM in the execution of the global strategy, delivering marketing plans across one of this growing beauty business' main brand.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

*  To help monitor the brands' sales and profit performance against specific objectives & budgets set by the Marketing Director/Senior Brand Manager, and to immediately advise of any threats to the achievement of the objectives.
*  To recommend ways in which performance could be improved.
*  To support SBM in the implementation of local and global marketing plans and monitoring spend.
*  To generate and provide category and consumer insights to support your recommended marketing plans
*  To understand shopper behaviors and work with sales teams and retail partners to develop recommendations (range, space, pricing, promotion)
*  To deliver monthly dashboards and quarterly reviews
*  To implement the BTL plan agreed with the SBM across digital, in-store activation and PR
*  To develop NPDs and be the project lead for some key activities, engaging all stakeholders and using the stage gate process- Execute innovation launch plans including P&L, COGS preparation, recommendation on pricing and working with all teams to deliver in market
*  To develop, deliver and monitor digital (SEO/PPC) marketing activity
*  To produce brand presentations of a high standard for use in presenting to key retailers and to accompany the Sales team on important brand presentations to key retailers as required.
*  To perform any other duties in relation to the brands' or the company's progress, success, and reputation as required by the Marketing Director/Senior Brand Manager.

Experience/Skills Required:

*  Excellent project management skills and previous experience of NPD using stage gate processes is important
*  Background in other FMCG brands and strong grocery retail knowledge
*  Strong understanding of commercial analysis
*  Positive can do attitude. Ready to contribute your ideas to the wider business
*  Strong team player and capable of working and managing cross functional teams
*  Computer literacy on Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
*  Ideally 2 years in Marketing /Product Management at Assistant Brand Manager Level or equivalent.
*  Travel in the UK and overseas is required for this role.
