The purpose of this role is to drive engagement with various health and wellbeing services. The Digital Content Manager will audit existing content and creating an overarching strategy for the future.


Client Details

The client is a national Not for Profit and Charities organisation. Their remit is to make a positive difference to health and wellbeing in the community through driving membership to their various services. They are a remarkably respected brand, and they're beginning a long term digital transformation to ensure needs are sufficiently catered for and targets emphatically met. This full-time role is based in their South East London headquarters.


Description

The key facets of the Digital Content Manager role will be:

* Auditing current content to be snappier, clearer, and more user-centric
* Working with an external agency to ensure content is easily searchable across the web, implementing SEO Best Practices and maintaining a high level of organic visibility
* Ensuring content is holistic, signposting other services offered to drive engagement across the board
* Advising on intuitive user journeys, leveraging Google Analytics data and personas
* Taking ownership of the content strategy across the websites, managing the front-end and providing support where possible
* Galvanising content across different business streams


Profile

Not necessarily from a Not for Profit and Charities background, the successful candidate will be ready to hit the ground running with the help of these natural and learned capacities:

* Strategic mindset with the ability to pinpoint key audiences and tailor a multichannel approach
* Experience using content to drive revenue and service engagement
* Ability to devise and implement a far-reaching content strategy
* Ideally, some experience in the health and wellness sector
* Excellent management experience
* Ability to galvanise content across different business streams


Job Offer

The Digital Content Manager role offers an excellent remuneration package of between £42-48,000 dependent on experience.
