Client Details

Our client are an established Leisure & travel business based in Leicestershire providing exciting world class experiences, currently expanding their marketing team. They are currently looking for an experienced B2C Brand Manager who can develop customer centric brand strategy.


The Brand Manager will be responsible for understanding the customer in order to deliver an exceptional customer centric brand strategy. They will ensure that all campaigns are engaging and targeted to the core audience in order to engage with new and existing customers across all channels and customer touch points.

They will act as a brand guardian both internally and externally implementing brand guidelines and ensuring the brand remains consistent across multiple channels. The Brand Manager will have exceptional understanding of the customer and will keep up to date with current trends and competitors in order to ensure the brand is a leader within the market. They will report into the board on brand performance and sector insight, making recommendations on future business opportunities and potential strategy.

The successful candidate will work with cross functional teams in order to develop multi-channel campaigns, as well as external agencies.


The successful Brand Manager will have:

* Demonstrable Brand Management experience within B2C
* Experience in developing ATL strategy
* A Commercially focused mind-set
* Excellent communication & Team skills
* Strong Interpersonal Skills

Job Offer

Salary £35,000-£40,000 + Excellent Benefits
