I am really excited to be working with this client - a leading hospitality group that has become the hub of some of the best new hospitality brands and events in the North West.

Following their continued growth they have identified a need for a Head of Marketing to continue to grow the business and drive the individual brands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiences marketing manager/ head of marketing to join a business that is enjoying this period of rapid growth and stability. They are a brilliant business, an interesting industry with some of the best brands in the North West. This is an opportunity for you to personally own and drive.

The key remit of this role will be to strategically market these brands to maximise sales and secure brand position.

Key responsibilities include:

* To create and develop marketing and brand strategy across the group. Across the full marketing mix: Digital, Traditional and Media. Both retention and acquisition material.
* Identify and drive growth across the group.
* Improve brand reputation, engagement and conversions (including developing customer loyalty).
* Reporting on the effectiveness of the campaigns, measuring ROI.
* Analyse and respond to trends in the hospitality sector.
* Manage external digital and media agencies, and creative in house.
* Full budget control

Looking for:

* Marketing and brand experience ideally with a multi site portfolio.
* Hospitality experience is desired but will consider consumer, B2C backgrounds.
* Experience building online reputations and brand strategies.
* Excellent stakeholder management, and influencer experience.
* Commercially minded.
