Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Designer to join a growing team at an award winning digital communications agency in the heart of London's creative scene. You will be working across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries.

Key Qualities, Skills and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the design team with digital design and research, reporting to their Senior Design Project Manager and Digital Designer and Innovation Manager 
  • Designing digital content and assets, briefed in by their production team 
  • Helping drive the creative direction of campaigns 
  • Taking and interpreting project briefs into concepts and treatments 
  • Creating final designs, working to a deadline, budget and through the feedback process
  • Initiating or attending internal and client meetings for project discussion 
  • Liaising with other relevant team members from other departments to ensure solutions meet or exceed their clients' strategic objections 
  • Help management work on new business pitches and design decks 
  • Maintaining their creative and development database
  • Supporting the whole team with research and inputting ideation into all projects and new business ideas

Requirements

 

  • Knowledgeable - Working knowledge of UX + UI design preferable, tools such as Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Principle is a bonus not essential, typography and art direction. Familiar with design and content trends
  • Organised - Their clients expect a high level or organisation whilst juggling multiple accounts and meeting deadlines 
  • Creative - They are an ideation and creative agency, so must fulfil expectations on this level 
  • Personable
  • Helpful - helping the team to make their jobs easier 
  • Opinionated - Always sharing your opinion for the interest of the project, account and company 
  • Attention to detail - with everything you do
  • Ambitious - for yourself and the company you will always be resilient and motivated to improve standards and push yourself 
  • Consistency - regardless of project size 
  • Collaborative - good social skills to contribute to a friendly environment and collaborate effectively. Being able to identify where to support other team members
