Who You'll Be Working With
My client are a packaging design agency working with an amazing set of clients, a very strong team culture and seriously brilliant work. Their well established delivery team is growing so now they are looking to add a production coordinator to support with the delivery of work for a couple of their key clients. Having placed somebody into their team before I can confirm first hand that they are all nice humans, have zero office politics, and put the development of their people at the heart of the business.
As a Production Coordinator you will be a key point of contact for ensuring that work is delivered efficiently, smoothly, on time and in budget. You'll be involved directly in scoping the work, creating and managing timelines and overseeing the end to end delivery including resource management and the final production. You will be client facing the whole way through the process so this role is a good one for those who like to really grab hold of a project and client, and then absolutely run with it.
As a heads up, the initial client you'll be working on will be a legalised marijuana brand stateside but there is a solid pipeline of work in other fields too, including some healthcare projects which are already starting to take off.
Ideally, you'll also have experience working within the world of print and packaging but the wider field of design is also most definitely applicable. You'll be used to managing projects from client briefing through to production and manufacture. Being able to deal with clients internationally along with production and manufacturing suppliers is absolutely key for this role.
In short, this is a great chance to join a brilliant agency and produce some great work!
