Our client is looking to strengthen its team with a senior Integrated Creative Director who can both shape and lead the integrated ideation output across its wide-ranging client base. Reporting into the ECD this is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can shape and influence both the agency and its output as we continue to grow. In exchange we are seeking someone who understands brands, has a truly integrated background and a proven track record in delivering exciting, progressive and effective creative ideas and has most likely won an award or two along the way to prove it. 

Hard skills/experience:

  • Has produced work which is big, campaign-able ideas
  • Has mentored teams within agency
  • Has produced some excellent, award-winning work, which is across channels (primarily digital and print)

Soft skills:

  • Leadership skills; managing and inspiring
  • Brings energy and enthusiasm to the table


  • Will lead and work alongside our middle weight ideation teams on campaigns
  • Campaigns are primarily across digital and print, OOH

We don't want someone who is:

  • Primarily solus channel - someone with a folio full of TV is not suitable for this agency
  • An ‘art' CD - i.e. execution rather than ideas led.
  • Has been freelancing continuously - we need someone who has been embedded in an agency and helped build teams and culture there

The opportunity:
