Unique opportunity to join a leading Property company in London as a Brand Business Development Manager.

Leading Property company based in central London.


Description

As the Business Brand Development Manager for this leading Property company you will:

* Support the divisions in the pursuit of new business targets
* Identify both key clients for the division as well as "game changer" targets for each of the divisions
* Develop plans for winning identified targets / the development of key divisional client relationship
* Make sure that all insights from across the company are used best to support the sale
* Take responsibility for carrying out the pre-agreed activities with each of the plans
* Look for opportunities for engaging key fee earners with the target
* Coordinate all our marketing activities surrounding the target
* Take responsibility for some of the firm's key clients (note these will be shared amongst the other business development managers)
* Support the Bid team on any ongoing pitches
* Be the Divisional business champion for Engage [Salesforce]
* Insure the best practice of the division is shared amongst other business managers
* Make sure that testimonials and other information held in the department that can support the sale is kept up to date and available for easy access
* Work with the brand team to make sure that all opportunities that complement the brand are maximised. This to include seeking out opportunities for key spokespeople to author articles / comment in the press.
* Drive the divisional client feedback programme
* Report to leadership and business teams on the performance metrics for all these activities


Profile

The successful candidate in London will have:

Experience:

* Must have worked in sales/business development/marketing function, likely to be for large international corporate
* Able to demonstrate end to end business development skills and experience
* Experience of leading segmented client relationship programmes and campaigns
* Experience leveraging CRM systems
* Previous experience of working within professional services useful but not essential

Qualifications:

* Educated to degree level
* Advanced sales and/or marketing qualification
* Worked in a number of industries

Skills & Personal Qualities:

* Acute commercial and sales/marketing focused acumen
* Ability to understand client needs and spot the business opportunity
* Interest to learn and ability to trade in the details of the real estate market
* Proactive, high energy person who can be a positive influence on others in a fast moving environment
* Ability to deliver high profile business initiatives


Job Offer

Circa £50k plus an excellent benefits package on offer to the successful candidate in London.
