Excellent opportunity for a B2B Insight Manager to join a fantastic business to enhance the power of the customer within the organisation and to help shape future growth. Based in Leicestershire, the business has a nationwide coverage and a well known brand in its chosen markets.

Client Details

Our client is a leading B2B business with a national network of offices. The organisation continues to expand and they've created this new role in order to help shape future business directions and decisions.


The National Customer Insight Manager will act as the voice of the customer internally ensuring their needs are understood and are at the forefront of all decisions relating to business strategy and the design of the customer experience to ensure they create an effortless customer experience.

You will lead a team of Insight Managers and liaise with customer in order to glean where product, price and service improvements can be made. You'll make this information meaningful and use it to help shape future direction.

You'll manage external research agencies where required on specific projects, all with the key aim of shaping business strategy.


The successful candidate for the National Customer Insight Manager will have:

- a strong background in Customer Insight within a B2B environment

- team leadership and development skills

- a demonstrable track record of using insight to shape continuous improvement and overall business strategy

- the ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
