My client is looking for a Head of Marketing to join their growing Business in North Wales
You will be responsible for the Strategic Marketing Plan for the company, in order to develop the evolution of the companies brand to external stakeholders and to build their corporate image. Applicants must have the full Marketing mix with in a Business to Business environment

Identify, define and lead a Strategic Marketing Plan
Collaborating with senior leadership team to identify and define all marketing requirements.
Identifying, defining, building and leading the execution of marketing and digital campaigns
Develop the company brand on all media platforms (online, exhibitions, social media channels)
Seek out and manage joint partnerships with key external brands (JCB, Chassis OEM) to support awareness of the brand
Identify product placement opportunities to support awareness of the brand
Manage media coverage at exhibitions, demos and testing and the follow up process, including regeneration of product videos, and photographs.
Responsible for copywriter checks on literature packs and other marketing materials
Acting as a brand ambassador at internal and external events, including attendance at all major global shows
Supervise, train and mentor the Marketing Coordinator
Evaluate, analyse and react to all competitor and market activities
Undertake Market Research for all new and existing products to implement findings into the strategic marketing plan.
Required to present products to customers, forum and Exhibition conferences.

Skills Required
Must have B2B experience, ie Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering
Must be currently in a Head of Marketing/ Marketing Manager role
Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or related field
Excellent IT skills
Knowledge of Social Media platforms, ( Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram)
Willing and able to travel internationally
Able to interpret and analysis information
CIM qualification or equivalent
Confident presentation skills - verbal and written.
Team player but also able to work autonomously. A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing
Ability to present information clearly and accurately
Must have the full marketing mix
Experience of research methodologies

£Competitive Salary, depending on experience
26 days holiday plus bank holidays
8.30am - 5pm Monday-Thursday, 3pm early finish Friday
