The Online Marketing Executive will be required to deliver key objectives around traffic growth, customer acquisition, retention and profitability. They will report on the ongoing performance of the key marketing channels.

Client Details

This role will sit in a large ecommerce team within a luxury business based in Leicester. The business moves at a very fast pace and runs in a project and performance lead style.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the main marketing channels of PPC, SEO, affiliates, email, re-targeting, mobile and social media for the Ecommerce websites

  • Driving qualified traffic to the websites from multiple channels in support of ROI targets
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure overall business objectives and promotional calendar are achieved

  • Providing regular analysis and insights to management level
  • Leading the way in keeping up with market, behavioural and technology trends, evaluating their viability and usefulness and being a project lead for implementation/integration where appropriate


The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven success of online marketing strategies in a B2C retail environment
  • Experience in SEM, Organic Search, Affiliate Networks, Email Marketing, Display Marketing & Social Media
  • Managing agencies across multiple disciplines
  • Understanding of the legislation surrounding distance selling
