We're looking for a tip top notch Design Director to  join this agency - they've been around quite a while, but they've stayed relatively small and nimble, with some surprisingly meaty client, but not the "heavy dry" type - these are not huge banks or law firms.  They're consumer facing master brands, or retail brands, or even employee engagement brands , so your work will talk to actual people!

They are looking for someone who is either ready to move up to design director, or who is already at this level, but wants a change of scene, and someone who will be really happy in front of clients (they have some incredibly long client relationships as well as new ones), and importantly who will be able to play a big role in nurturing their design team, and encouraging them to do great creative work - and do some of that design work alongside them too.

It's a great job, and they're a close-knit team, who think as well as design, and who have excellent support from the client services people too - it's not an "us and them" place, but much more united in culture and team spirit.

In return, youi'll get - of course - great projects to work on - branding, and then continuing the relationship across lots of touchpoints (offline, yes but some online too), and plenty of kudos and input on achieving high creative standards.

And, of course, a good salary plus decent holidays and a very nice studio to spend your time in.
