Marketing Manager for Leading Architects

This is a great opportunity to join a well established architecture practice as part of their dynamic marketing team.

Principal Duties

* Proactively contribute and manage marketing programme for the London group

* Work with Head of Marketing to organise key company events
* Manage logistics and attendance at key conferences and seminars
* In partnership with Management Team, drive the marketing strategy for various teams in the London Studio

* Project manage bid submissions for all stages as required; PQQs, tenders, interviews etc

* Create high-quality documents, including editing content (text and graphics), writing content when appropriate and document production

* Maintain bid information library in collaboration with wider marketing team

* Support the Head of Marketing with practice wide press strategy, assist with press enquiries/ liaise with editors and writers

* Ability to craft text for news items, award submissions, brochures and press releases

* Support social media strategy and activity

* Manage and update CRM and marketing campaigns

* Act as facilitator of CRM for key sectors:

* Including contacting clients to arrange meetings
* Attending meetings where appropriate
* Research suitable corporate hospitality
* Ensure dissemination of marketing intelligence

* Assist Management Team in researching and identifying relevant market intelligence

* Assist Management Team to raise profile and increase revenue in key sectors through:

* Negotiating participation at conferences and events through speaker platforms
* Proposing, design and creating support material for marketing activity
* Considering exhibition opportunities
* Provide event/logistics support in the organisation of activities outlined above
* Identify and create specific practice profiles as required

* Assist in identifying and producing award submissions

* Assist and coordinate photography needs including professional, in-house commissions and associated costs

* Ensure Open Asset Image Library is kept up to date

* Work with Head of Marketing to ensure website content is regularly updated and maintained

* Work in partnership with London Management to ensure a consistent and open approach to sector driven marketing

Technical skills

* Advanced InDesign and Photoshop

* Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Strong writing and copy writing skills a must

Experience & Qualifications

* A good number of years of marketing experience
* Good degree essential
* CIM or equivalent desirable
* Background and experience in the construction industry is essential
* Housing experience preferred
