The key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure collection assortment is consistent with the country(ies) of delivery and the initial E-shop collection

- Formalize product descriptions based on recommendations provided by the marketing teams and the SEO expert

- Ensure the update of the product catalogue

- Define a consistent pricing policy in line with the mix marketing and the Europricing policy

- Ensure the optimisation of the contents of the websites & mobile (images, texts, product photos) to improve the conversion via an effective, relevant and SEO friendly content in consultation with the Acquisition and SEO teams

- Define and implement the online marketing plan (merchandising, promotions ...) in line with the global E-commerce marketing plan

- Adapt Brand content pages

- Manage email campaigns (web agency brief, targeting, routing and analysis of campaigns)

- Define, set up and analyse A / B tests to improve user experience, loyalty and conversion rate

- Contribute to the evolution of the e-commerce platform, implement corrective actions and define new functionalities to help our growth, the acquisition of new customers and the loyalty of our existing customers

- Implementation and monitoring of KPIs, management of P & L

- Manage the logistics provider for international shipping

- Manage external customer service

With a Degree in Digital/E-Commerce or marketing area, you have a solid experience within a digital/e-commerce environment as E-shop deputy manager.

An affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions as well as a high level of initiative and reliability.

Strong communication skills as well as a goal-driven and team-oriented working style.

You speak fluent English and the language inherent to the website you are responsible for.
