Working with a world leading media brand to identify the best and most innovative ways to add value to a brand through creative partnerships. They are looking for someone who can come up with great ideas to blur the boundary between advertising ad programming, ensuring that entertainment remains at the heart of all their creative output.  

Summary of role:

  • Work closely with the existing Creative Lead, an expert in idea generation and facilitation
  • Attend all creative sessions, supporting the overall direction of creative brand
  • Help drive the brand's innovation objectives and produce award winning work
  • Work with internal sales teams to increase quality of creative pitches to agencies and clients
  • Lead the team in writing and developing treatments and scripts
  • Ensure that work is effectively prioritised, and that all ideas are grounded in strategy
  • Work with our production partners to ensure budgets and logistics are taken into account
  • Keep on top of technology developments, curating and disseminating information regularly

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strength in individual and collaborative idea generation   
  • Experience of writing example creative treatments and scripts
  • An arbiter of quality content; with the ability to stretch and build creative concepts into deliverable executions  
  • A sound understanding of how the production process
  • Understanding of production processes and ability to navigate a wide array of projects
  • A confident presenter and pitcher of ideas
  • Excellent skills in building and managing relationships with a long term strategic vision
