A new role on a growing team that will look after:

* Coordinate the delivery of seasonal marketing campaigns.
* Liaise with retail brand partners to deliver brand related marketing.
* Act as a day to day contact between the marketing team and internal departments to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to a high standard whilst achieving campaign objectives.
* Liaise with external partners including PR Agency, Press & Stores as and when required.

Client Details

Our client is a leading Sports and Outdoors accessories retailer


Based in London, the Manager Executive will be responsible for:


o Assist in the development and coordination of marketing activity and relationships with our supplier brands.

o Prepare annual marketing plans with selected Brands.

o Coordinate brand assets, content & necessary approvals.

o Prepare post campaign analysis / activity summary presentations for relevant brands.

o Ensuring our suppliers are up to date with relevant marketing plans of the different stores.


o Co-ordinate the execution process of seasonal campaigns ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget across all internal departments.

o Gain support of and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver campaign plan.

o Communicate programme of seasonal campaigns to the wider business.

o Attend and, as required, chair meetings which relate to campaign activity.

o For ad hoc retail campaigns and POS needs, produce creative briefs, messaging briefs & ensure campaign alignment and delivery across all channels.

o Work closely with the design team to generate campaign assets when required.


o Liaise and coordinate National PR Agency when required with selected projects.

o Produce PR briefs as and when required for selected projects.

o Coordinate approval process for all National Press Releases.

o Manage weekly coverage reports.

o Social Media coordination/support as and when necessary.


* Purchase order generation.

* Owner of Store Comms Communication from marketing and B&M teams.

* Key contact for Stores.

Local Marketing:

* Manage and deliver events at Local Store Level and National Level.

* Co-ordinate adhoc marketing plans (local and national).

Customer Communication:

* Co-ordination of information for weekly emails from B&M team.


Based in London, the successful candidate must have/be:

* Minimum of two years marketing experience, ideally in a retail environment.

* Basic understanding of PR, traditional media and social media.

* Experience in working with external agencies and suppliers.

* Passion for running/cycling / outdoor activities.

* Commitment to deadlines.

* PC literate.

* Self-motivated with enthusiasm and drive.

* Time Management skills.

* Highly accurate with meticulous attention to detail.

* Credible, Professional and composed under pressure.

* Strong interpersonal skills - Good at building relationships internally and externally.
