This position carries a high level of responsibility to ensure the most effective and engaging retention programmes are delivered to maximise sales within budget. Ensuring that the marketing campaigns support retention strategy by analysing data and trends.

Client Details

My client is a global manufacturer of consumer goods; they are a house hold name in the industry; with a fantastic culture.


* Day to day management of our customer retention software, which includes but is not limited to; monthly data uploads, quarterly campaign uploads, usage reports.

* Ensure that the quarterly finance campaigns support and complement our Retention Programme.

* Look for further ways to increase retention through enhanced integration of retention software within the UK campaign planning process.

* Assist Marketing Manager to implement full Customer Loyalty Communication strategy to enhance retention and support to partners.

* Establish a process which maximises the use of retention software as a tool to identify sale opportunities, ensuring software becomes a sales and campaign planning tool.

* Regular reporting on our customer retention levels and customer profiling.


* Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when working to deadlines.

* Good level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

* Very strong numerical skills

* Ability to manage relationships at all levels

* Ability to be flexible and think differently
