Description

The Product Manager you will map, review, make recommendations and take ownership within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Take ownership of the end to end life cycle management of product range
* Drive change to satisfy customer needs and drive business
* Follow the Product Governance Framework
* Work with key stakeholders to ensure the development of profitable, sustainable and compliant products
* Recommend product changes, including design of new products and edit or removal of existing products
* Project manage cross-functional teams
* Monitor, review and make recommendations concerning existing product performance to relevant stakeholders
* Research and evaluate both internal and external drivers for product development
* Report and make recommendations to relevant stakeholders to assist them in making decisions to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate risks and threats
* Input to, maintain and communicate, as appropriate, overall plan of product design activity and proposition development


Profile

* A track record of working as a Product Manager within a Digital, Ecommerce on-line environment
* Strong Project Management skills
* Degree/graduate qualification, or equivalent professional experience
* Specialist knowledge of managing products and services
* Experience of using performance / needs analytic and constructing high-level business cases and ideally commissioning market and user research
* Experience of procurement processes and working with third party organisations
* Knowledge of consumer journey and segmentation models
* Good understanding of the role of primary research, market analysis, data analytic, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
* Good technical knowledge and commercial awareness
* Experience of having acted as a product owner in an agile environment
