Family feel agency in Shoreditch area is looking for an Account Executive
Our client is a design and digital communications agency that consists of a close nit team and works with a range of clients within FTSE 250, retail and FMCG clients. They are a family feel agency, with an open plan structure, who are dedicated to helping nurture talent, creating exceptional work and love what they do. They produce work within the digital space, including web builds and social. They specialise in corporate communications and annual reports.
Role: As an Account Executive, you will assist on multiple projects (brand, digital and engagement), providing general support to the account management team (i.e., arranging deliveries, answering client calls, performing ad hoc support duties). You will also have the chance to manage smaller projects single-handedly. In regard to supporting with the delivery of client projects, some responsibilities will include preparing project costs, plans, time schedules, invoices for review and attending client meetings. You will also assist in planning the logistics for photoshoots, videos/animation and events and source suppliers for event and marketing material.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills and demonstrate quality awareness. You will be organised, engaging, collaborative and adept at building internal and external relationships. Finally, you will be resilient, passionate, energetic and have good working knowledge across Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
