My client is a fantastic brand, with a whole host of awards to their name. As a result of continued growth and expansion, they are looking for a new Bid Management Executive to join their established team in their impressive, City Centre offices.

This role will provide a great level of autonomy, where you’ll quickly gain responsibility to lead on nationwide tenders, working closely with the wider teams to identify how best to position the company’s services to meet the client’s needs. You’ll be highly creative, but will mix this with great commercial acumen. There is tonnes of room for progression for the right candidate, who possesses the right energy to excel in this role.

To succeed in this role, you’ll pride yourself on your ability to get to the heart of what the customer wants, in order to create a winning bid. My client boasts an impressive win rate and fantastic staff retention, so you must be driven and enthusiastic, with a real passion for what you do. You’ll be highly articulate, with excellent attention to detail. As an absolute minimum, you’ll have 1-2 years’ experience of working within pitch management, bid management, proposals management or business development, with a background in writing tenders.
