The successful Brand Manager (Consumer / FMCG) will be responsible for an exciting and growing product category, with ample SKUs and an opportunity for growth. Based in Surrey, this role joins part of a small team with a strong focus on NPD and through-the-line activities.

An exciting FMCG and Consumer focussed organisation with a plethora of products and a welcoming and friendly team. Surrey based, the ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible.


The successful Brand Manager (Consumer / FMCG) will be responsible for the following:

* Responsible for management and guardianship of your assigned brand.
* Product portfolio and NPD process support
* Regularly conduct full commercial and financial analysis understanding of total portfolio to unlock continuous improvement potentials

* Consolidate and apply insights drawn from consumer, shopper, competitor and market understanding to develop differentiated and engaging activity
* Manage the briefing process with internal and external agencies
* Develop online presence and manage visibility on both internal and external websites.


The successful Brand Manager (Consumer / FMCG) will have the following attributes;

* A background or commitment to the FMCG and/or Consumer and/or Automotive sector
* Ideally with both product and brand management expertise.
* Ability to work in matrix organisation and manage cross functional teams and projects across multiple locations
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Numerate, commercially astute, with good analytical and reporting skills
* General digital marketing skills (knowledge and implementation)
