The Head of Product Development and Marketing will operate strategically to grow the building society's product and service portfolio.

Client Details

This growing Building Society intends to grow its product and services, along with its consumer base and brand.


* Deliver product strategy effectively with an understanding of the trends within the market place
* Develop and manage the Society's products and portfolio in line with corporate objectives
* Ensure that products are developed and taken to market appropriately
* Develop, plan and executive the marketing strategy and plan of the Society across all channels
* Develop promotional materials to be used in advertising campaigns
* Deploy marketing campaigns to continue growth and to achieve business goals
* Ensure that the product and service portfolio is supported appropriately by literature that is regulatory compliant and promotional materials across a number of channels.
* Bring the Society more in line with a customer-centric model of marketing


* Experience as a marketing manager within the financial services function is essential
* Experience with financial services' products is essential
