Your new role
Portal and Insights

* Support the development of the sales, marketing & retail portal and lead on-going editing and content curation.
* Support key relationships with external content providers. e.g. CEB, Cranfield, ANA and manage the companies nominations/attendees.
* Curate and communicate insights on best practices and case studies to build capabilities to a wide internal audience.
* Report on utilisation statistics from portals and newsletters and use insights to prioritise content development and recommend improvements

Communications

* Develop and maintain the team communication plan. Lead the publication of quarterly up-dates and newsletters for stakeholders.
* Support development of CSMR capabilities scorecards to provide meaningful insights to business leads on the impact of capability development across the businesses.
* Own and improve existing team publications to ensure user friendly and consistent formats: handbooks; catalogues; etc.
* Link with the broader teams to ensure alignment of activities and sharing/adoption of best practices to enhance the offer

Capability Development

* Support key relationships with the businesses to implement strategic capability plans
* Support the development of 70:20:10 content based on the career development frameworks Support thought leadership and networking capability programmes as required e.g. input to the design, development and implementation of Academy Discussion Series and networking events.
