A newly created role has now arisen for an experienced Customer Engagement Manager to take our existing CRM, social and content marketing functions to the next level, with the aim of growing our engaged audience, improving retention and ultimately inspiring our customers.

The role will include but not be limited to the following:

•    Devise, implement and manage CRM & communications strategy, overseeing all customer communication channels; including homepage and on-site content (written), CRM (email) and social channels.
•    Managing a team of 5 responsible for content and engagement marketing
•    Responsible for creating the content calendar and working closely with the Product and Creative teams to plan campaigns, ensuring we deliver on our brand proposition and maximise sales and customer retention. 
The successful candidate will have experience gained in brand and communications within a retail orientated sector, ecommerce experience would be ideal. You will have a solid understanding of CRM and how this should be applied in end to end customer journeys ensuring all communications are targeted appropriately, timed to perfection and integrated across all marketing channels.
