An incredibly exciting opportunity for a true shopper/category development talent to step into this high profile leadership position within our multinational blue chip client.  Newly created, this role is a real rarity as it is a combines solid shopper marketing principles with setting shopper marketing strategy ensuring scale and synergy across a number of EMEA markets. 

This is by no means your average shopper marketing role!  It sits in a central shopper function with an EMEA remit so not a common function in many other businesses; it is a role focussed on standardising process and ensuring scale across different clusters; it is a high level leadership role requiring significant influencing and project management skills; it is a cross functional position working closely with supply chain and procurement teams.  Interested?

Experienced required:

  • Experience in category strategy development and/or shopper marketing with experience in building retailer stories and growth strategies based on insight.
  • Experience in in-store communications and shopper/retail marketing.
  • Successful project management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management including cross functional teams such as customer teams, brand teams, insights teams, retailer contacts and external agencies.
  • Customer experience and category development experience preferred.
  • Commerciality, innovation, creativity, project management and a passion and flair for retail and shopper execution.
