Creative Designer / Art Director (Branding & Digital) - West End Agency
London, W1
£26,000 - £30,000 + 24 days holiday, monthly socials, annual team holiday, full-stacked drinks fridge.


We are looking for someone passionate about working in design and motion graphics - from artworking, storyboarding and concept creation through to animation. You will be producing work across our social and creative clients - from campaign support and social content calendars through to digital banner creation and website animations.

Your Experience:

Experience in an agency environment is essential - we're looking for someone with 2+ years, looking to take their next step.

+ You will have specialist experience in the following areas; Videography, animation and motion graphics. You will also feel comfortable in creating static content for our clients
+ Proven experience in a creative environment (minimum 2 years) - showcasing your ability to complete briefs with a quick turn around, in-scope and to a high standard
+ We're looking for an expert technician of Adobe Creative Suite - advanced use of After Effects, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premier pro and Animate (flash) CC as a minimum
+ The ability to work a camera (both for stills and video capture) is a must in this role. You will be expected to work closely with the Social Media team to capture and collect content - some European travel will be involved as part of this
+ We're looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail - ensuring all work leaving the creative department is of the highest standard possible, continuously reviewing work, and striving to improve the quality of work in the agency
+ You will be a natural collaborator - facilitating and creating lines of communication with the Social and Paid Media departments, and constantly improving collaboration between our departments and clients
+ You will always maintain a positive and solution based attitude. The more impossible a task the bigger the opportunity is to excel, succeed and create
+ Deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritise and drive forward multiple projects at a time
+ Client facing experience. You will be expected to worked closely with clients to set creative strategies, present campaign creative and regularly report progress to them 

Day-to-day:

You will take responsibility for creative outputs across a range of our clients, working closely with the rest of the Creative team, and reporting into the Head of Creative. 

Here's what to expect in the day-to-day role:

+ Collaborate with social team to create high quality video/animated content for our social clients
+ Be the go to creative for all video, photography and animation projects
+ Challenge the Creative team by keeping up to date on latest trends, innovations and progression in the motion graphics sector
+ Provide art working support for the variety of creative projects the agency collateral e.g. pitches, website design, branding, print, event collateral and presentations
+ Client facing - present & manage creative projects directly with your attributed clients
