Your new role
Your new role as the Head of Marketing will be to be both strategic and hands on. You will be leading a team of 2 who currently focus on the digital marketing, you will be leading the marketing strategy as well as being the head of product development and product ownership. You will work on the product from market research and inception stage through to delivery. Engaging with internal stakeholders to bring the offering to market.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will come from a financial services background and have held a strategic & hands on position previously. You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing to set the strategy and guide the digital team. You will have previous experience of product management, bringing a product or offering from initial conversation stage through to delivery, engaging with a wide variety of internal stakeholders.
