Fantastic opportunity for a established B2C Channel Marketer to join a growing global business, with full responsibility of the B2C Channel within EMEA.

Description

* As channel marketing manager you will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing channel marketing activity for selected groups of B2C channel partners.
* Working closely with the B2C sales team to incorporate voice of sales to drive alignment in delivering channel plans
* Developing marketing tools and initiatives for the EMEA region, coaching the local sales managers to build a more consumer centric approach
* Implementing channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets
* Working closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights.
* Working closely to the product and B2C marketing teams you will support brand development and experiential activities.
* Utilise data and shopper insights to provide recommendations to drive category distribution and market share
* Overseeing day to day channel operations in both local and international markets.
* Understanding changing and differing priorities depending on territories and how these impact channel marketing.


Profile

* Past experience managing marketing budgets ideally within a B2C channel marketing setting.
* A strong understanding of the distribution channels for the industry.
* Project management experience would be a definite advantage.
* The ability to manage small teams of people and influence senior executives is essential.
* Requirement to travel with EMEA Region as a part of this role
* Previous EMEA retail experience would be ideal
* Ability to develop a strategy and execute it is essential
