An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ABM/JBM to take the next step up and join a rapidly expanding FMCG business.

Client Details

Our client is a fast growing FMCG Start-up Company that established in 2006 and since then they have become market leaders within their industry having many products voted #1. The company has grown 65% year on year and has been listed on the Sunday Times ' One to Watch'. They have 3 core principles that the company is driven by and in return this creates an enjoyable atmosphere to work in. The head office is based in Hertfordshire.


The Brand Manager will be responsible for;

* Developing and leading the implementation of the annual brand plans

* Work with the innovation manager on NPD and LCM projects for successful launch within market

* Lead consumer, brand, competitor and pricing research to identify gaps and opportunities.

* Work with Marketing Manager on commercialisation

* Line manage & develop the team marketing assistant

* Full P&L responsibility for the assigned brands.


The ideal Brand Manager will be an Assistant/Junior Brand Manager looking for a step up or a BM seeking a new challenge. The ideal candidate will have a marketing qualification. They will be experienced in FMCG or health background and will have a good understanding of consumer and customer needs

Job Offer

The brand manager can expect to receive a salary of 30k-33k plus benefits
