The Role

Are you looking to develop a career in events? Do you have administrative experience and brilliant attention to detail? Then this is the role for you! Wisepress is looking for an Event Support Administrator to join their team and help them juggle a number of varied tasks.

As the Event Support Administrator, you will be working collaboratively across the business to support the delivery of existing events as well as working on building and developing great relationships with event suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring a brilliant user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all relevant logistics and transport issues and queries
  • Completing exhibition manuals - confirming timings, shipping arrangements, and that all on-site facilities are ordered
  • Maintaining the company's exhibition schedule on in-house systems and website
