What are we looking for?

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or if you're finishing your studies this year. The Company are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive analyst to help them raise the voice of their customer by developing customer and marketing insights that support the promotion of the Company and their service to their customers and mortgage intermediaries.

The Company looking for someone who is highly numerate and analytical with an eye for detail to help them develop their thinking around customer insights to join their marketing team.

You will be responsible for:

* Support with the development of customer and intermediary insights across functions, processes and channels to support product, sales and distribution.
* Support targeted business activity with customer segmentation analysis.
* Develop data around the customer and intermediary journey to create actionable insight.
* Analyse all customer/intermediary related data- including CRM, Transactional and web analytics to provide insights into opportunities and to improve performance and growth.
* Proactive with their customer data to identify key opportunities for the business.
* Support monthly customer/intermediary insight reporting.
* Support business lead generation by identifying data trends and performance.
* Analyse campaign effectiveness and make recommendation for future direct marketing campaigns
* Help the business to know their customers. Understand and grow the customer base, focusing on acquisition of good quality customers and retention of existing customers

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* Degree level education or equivalent / relevant work experience.
* Strong interest in / passion for digital marketing and / or SEO.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills which must include Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Proficiency in data entry, working with and managing numbers / data.
* Proven track record of working to and meeting deadlines.
* Proven time management skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously.
* Impeccable attention to detail.
* A mathematical and analytical mind.
* Highly organised and an ability to multi-task.
* Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
* Experience of working in teams to meet a common goal.
* Customer service experience.
