Our client is a leading online consumer business who are growing at a phenomenal rate and they are looking to appoint a CRM & Social Media Manager to join the team to be responsible for retention, activation and customer experience with a strong focus on social media and email channels. You will be responsible for taking responsibility for developing a customer first CRM strategy and deliver engaging campaigns across social media, email and also the onsite experience where required.

This role will require someone who can combine a data centric approach, strong creative skills and ability to build relationships across insight and product teams.

To be considered for the role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Strong digital marketing background ideally within an ecommerce environment.
• Strengths and track record in driving CRM campaigns and creative social media strategies.
• Hands on content creation skills are essential
• A mix of both strong analytical and creative abilities
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Confident communicator highly organised and can work with senior stakeholders.
