A progressive & renowned Furniture Designer & Manufacturer are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join their sociable, creative & friendly team!

Key Responsibilities include -

General

  • Preparing and sending sample packs for clients
  • Monitoring sample stock levels & reordering when necessary
  • Showroom Coordination and presentation management
  • Ad hoc assistance with preparation for trade shows

Sales Order Processing

  • Checking client POs against Quotes issued and clarifying details if discrepancies found
  • Converting Quotes to Sales Orders and issuing to clients
  • Confirming SO's with Purchasing Administrator including any bespoke detailing and delivery dates 
  • Creating products in inventory management system as required by Sales Director
  • Raising & Issuing documents in Unleashed (our Sales, Inventory and Production management software) in a timely manner 
  • Drafting quotes for standard product for Sales Director

Live Orders

  • Customer service: primary point of contact for any client on status of open orders
  • Promptly updating clients on any delays or issues
  • Liaising with Production department on order status: ensuring handover dates are communicated and confirmed
  • Leading on weekly production meetings with Production, Purchasing & Ops staff to ensure all orders are on track

The ideal candidate will have worked within an administrative role in a design related company and a passion for this industry is imperative. You will be an excellent communicator, computer literate and good time management skills. Most importantly, you will be enthusiastic, a team player and willing to get involved in various elements of a business.
