A large professional services organisation based in West Yorkshire

Due to an increase in activity, my client is looking for an ambitious and driven Marketing & Bid Coordinator to join their Marketing & Business Development team. This role is responsible for managing and delivering bids, but also providing marketing support to the wider team.


* Prepare bid documentation such as pre-qualification and tender documents, presentation material and collate technical input
* Assist in the management of bid process - reviewing bid notices, preparing bid plans, tracking wins and losses and producing a report.
* Manage elements of the bidding process from collecting and maintaining up-to-date experience and project images, exemplar answers, client references and testimonials to co-ordinating win/launch sessions, producing best practice responses and maintaining oversight of all bid related activity.
* Coordinate and write news and features for internal and external publication
* Support the creation of new marketing materials (i.e. capability statements and award submissions)
* Undertake sector, client and other general market research
* Respond to ad-hoc marketing queries and requests for information
* Support with the organisation and management of seminars, exhibitions and events
* Assist with CRM updates
* Contribute to the building of the brand, and helping to champion the brand and act as front line for enquiries on brand guidelines

Personal Profile

* Experience working in a bid and marketing position within a professional services industry
* Excellent proof reading skills and attention to detail
* Ability to travel as you will work in each of the regional offices as and when necessary
* Strong project management skills - ability to meet tight deadlines
* Excellent written communication skills
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills - able to deal with people at all levels
* Understanding and interest in marketing communications
* Adobe InDesign knowledge is desirable
* Excellent computer literacy, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook packages
