The Lead Product Marketing Manager will work with global teams to take the lead on the delivery of the B2C marketing strategy to achieve KPIs.

Client Details

The client is a leading membership organisation in the Not for Profit and Charities sector based in Central London.


The Lead Product Marketing Manager will:

* Lead the team across activities and campaigns to ensure alignment to overarching strategy.
* Plan, manage and continually review overarching plans and activities against marketing KPIs, taking both a proactive and reactive approach in identifying changes and new initiatives to ensure these are achieved.
* Leverage data and insights to review product performance, providing ideas for improvement and informing new launch activities.
* Ensure site optimisation and work with the Senior Manager to manage the ecommerce platform
* Work closely with product owners to share market insights, acting as the voice of the customer to inform new and existing product portfolio.
* Work with the Market Intelligence team and Data teams to analyse campaigns, competitor activity, internal data and external information to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives and insights that improve decision making/investments. Make recommendations and adapt campaigns/ plans based on the analytics and insight.


The successful Lead Product Marketing Manager will have:

* Extensive knowledge of the digital landscape and emerging trends
* Experience and knowledge in running multichannel marketing campaigns, particularly digital
* Strong management and relationship-building skills at all levels
* Excellent planning, project management, organisational and time management skills
* Negotiation / influencing skills
* High standard of written and verbal communication skills
* People and team development
* Budget control and management
* Global marketing experience
* Understand the creative design and production process and manage 3rd party suppliers
* Good Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics
* Ability to define and act on customer insight

Job Offer

The successful candidate will earn c. £50,000.
