Our client is a successful consultancy who work with global brands and organisations to help them drive internal culture change programmes. They are looking to expand their team of Programme Managers.
This agency creates compelling narratives as a means of effecting behavioural change and driving performance improvement in business, specifically by enabling leaders to engage their people in delivering key business goals.
Each engagement programme is tailored to its client's needs and is designed and managed by an in-house team of creatives and producers, using a multi-disciplinary network of freelance experts where necessary. These experts could include business writers and executive coaches through to film makers, designers or event producers.
The Programme Manager will work alongside client teams to provide support in the management and logistics of client programme delivery. This is a newly created role aiming to reinforce the client team. You will be responsible for day-to-day programme management, you'll engage and manage the internal and external team, ensuring that all those involved are fully briefed and supported. You will take responsibility for delivery scheduling and all financial planning, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget. You will work closely with the internal consultants and creatives to help identify and agree the brief. This agency is highly collaborative and you'll be encouraged to contribute ideas to support the core message and find the 'big idea'. You will ensure that all the component parts work together, in essence, you'll be the lynchpin.
- A clear communicator and capable of sensitive client interaction and relationship building. You will have good people management skills complimented by strong project management expertise.
- Highly organised, you will be able to coordinate multiple tasks without losing sight of the 'big picture' and without compromising your attention to detail.
- A natural problem solver, capable of getting to grips with an ambiguous brief and working collaboratively to find a suitable solution. You can make sense of complexity.
- Dynamic. You are happy to have a go, try new things, be proactive and work with pace. You don't wait to be told. As a team player you naturally understand and respect others' contributions. You enjoy supporting and helping others to improve.
You'll have 1-2 years project or programme management experience and will be looking to take the next step up.
