We're looking for a mid - senior Creative passionate about the development of campaign ideas, video content, apps, products and services, digital/physical experiences for an awe inspiring agency that do some serious ground breaking work.
- Ability to come up with digitally centred experiences that genuinely matter to their audiences.
- A track record of 'big idea' thinking. Original and memorable concepts that were successful, innovative and stood out against the competition.
- Exceptional storytelling skills. Understands how to create drama and take an audience on an emotional journey through a variety of interconnecting communications.
- An excellent understanding of emerging technologies and trends particularly in social media, video, A.I, digital/physical spaces.
- Intuitive understanding of ecosystems- how to create experiences that connect different consumer touchpoints.
- Strong video production skills. Confident working alongside scriptwriters, third party production teams and directors.
- An enthusiastic collaborator. Invites input from team members with different skillsets and builds on their expertise.
- Great communicator - Can articulate their ideas clearly, concisely and compellingly in meetings and in decks. Can build strong arguments to support their ideas.
- Passion for digital culture- Is immersed and engaged in the culture of the internet.
- Shares our belief in making things that matter. Feels their work can be a force for good.
