Digital Marketing Manager - Delicious Food Brand

Head north of London for this exciting new role driving the digital strategy for a truly delicious, fast-growing, aspirational brand with a positioning built around healthy, delicious, real food.  Working for this leading player in the breakfast market, you'll play a key role in driving the brand forward; building a strong, measurable digital marketing & PR strategy that will increase consumer engagement, loyalty and purchase.  This will include creating content for social media channels and brand websites, developing an effective partnership strategy with influencers, and building an effective eCRM programme  to keep in touch with the company's substantial consumer base and fuel sales growth.  Flexible working options available with London base and home working for part of the week.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Creating a powerful digital and content strategy that will drive consumer engagement and purchase 
  • Building an effective Influencer & PR strategy and execution 
  • Managing the brand Website and eCRM programme 
  • Working closely with the brand marketing team as the digital lead with expert ownership of all digital aspects of the brand 
  • Delivering insights through direct to consumer interactions across digital 
  • Developing relevant methods for measuring the impact digital activity has on our consumer

Our Ideal Candidate
This is a role for a highly motivated brand champion with solid experience managing digital and social media marketing initiatives for one or more well-known brands.  Ideally with experience on the client-side but maybe working in an agency too, you will have specific experience of creating branded campaigns and social media content; you'll also have a good grasp of the analytical tools that will measure the impact of your work.  Bright, ambitious with strong project management skills, you'll thrive in what is a dynamic and fast-paced business, but also a business with a positive and supportive working culture.  You will have a good creative eye with the ability to think laterally and creatively - always looking for new ideas and concepts in the market, and always happy to make recommendations to your colleagues.
