Global Brand Manager is a strategic leadership role within a leading multinational consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical manufacturer.  It is a pivotal, high profile role taking full responsibility for an entire category of consumer products. Role reports to the Global Marketing Director.  This is an ideal opportunity for marketers working for a blue chip marketing organisation, in a country or regional role and now ready to make the move to a global marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Innovation pipelining - partnering R&D  
  • Partner with Global Strategic Insights to validate global innovation
  • Leverage Strategic Agency Partnership to glean insights to shape innovation strategy/pipeline concepts and inform brand building opportunities.  
  • Financial modeling for NPD and Strategic Planning
  • Data Analytics and Financial reporting
  • Support local markets to help drive business forward
  • Coordination of Need State leadership team meetings


  • A BA degree
  • Blue chip marketing training and progressive experience within a consumer-packaged goods organisation, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience
  • Experience in local brand management and consumer communications planning
  • Experience marketing in a digital world, (social media, e-commerce, analytics, on-line)
  • Sound financial acumen, able to make effective business decisions
  • Strong and proven experience in data analytics and budget management
  • Experience in developing and launching NPD and new packaging
  • Strong networking skills and cross functional working
